CD-ROM teaches students about Okla. tribes

MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2003 Red Earth Inc., a non-profit organization, has developed a CD-ROM about Oklahoma's tribes for students in grades four through nine. "Indian Tribes of Oklahoma: An Interactive Journey" includes information on 38 tribes. Information was culled primarily from the Oklahoma Historical Society. The CD-ROM includes audio, video, photos and text. A preview of the CD-ROM will be offered online tomorrow at http://www.onenet.net/ops/redearth. The live webcast starts at 1 p.m. CST. Get the Story:
