N.M. Pueblos receive share of state spending money

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2003 Four northern New Mexico Pueblos have big plans for money they received as part of the Governor Bill Richardson's state budget. San Ildefonso Pueblo will use $275,000 to build a new senior center. Pojoaque Pueblo will use the more than $500,000 it received to finish several projects. Nambé Pueblo plans to spend the $110,000 on improvements to its Head Start Program. Tesuque Pueblo will buy exercise equipment with its $50,000. Get the Story:
