The Navajo Nation council voted 60-11 on Thursday to cut the retirement program for employees of the tribe's agribusiness.

Council delegates said Navajo Agricultural Products Industry employees can participate in the tribe's retirement program. They expressed concern about NAPI's $2.9 million retirement debt.

NAPI is the largest tribal farm in the country.
