Colorado River Tribes sign compact with Ariz.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30, 2003 The Colorado River Indian Tribes reversed course and signed a gaming compact with the state of Arizona. The compact is similar to the one negotiated with other tribes. CRIT had been holding out and pumped $10 million into a voter referendum against the new agreement. Get the Story:
