Rosebud Sioux Tribe to dedicate wind turbine

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota is dedicating its wind turbine on Thursday.

The turbine, said to be the first Indian-owned and operated, can provide power to 220 reservation residents. It was funded through federal and private sources.
