Alaska Natives sue over voting plan

Two Alaska Natives are suing to force Department of Justice review of a voting plan in the city of Anchorage.

But the attorney handling the case doesn't believe the federal government should continue to watch over the state. Due to historic discrimination against Alaska Natives, Alaska is one of nine states that must seek federal approval before making changes to its voting system.
