Wis. GOP blames governor for tribal casino shortfall

Wisconsin Republicans criticized Governor Jim Doyle (D) for not fulfilling pledges on new tribal casino compacts at the same they are fighting in court to void the deals.

Doyle expects to take in $210 million from tribes over the next two years. His administrations says the amount is smaller than promised because Republicans are trying to undermine the compacts.
