WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2003 A member of the Southern Ute tribal council has been accused of credit card misuse, The Durango Herald reports. Joycelyn Dutchie is already the target of a separate ethics investigation. A outside investigator is looking into both allegations. Get the Story:
