A federal judge in South Dakota held a hearing to address a burial site along the Missouri River.

Members of the Yankton Sioux Tribe say state workers are rushing through the repatriation process. Their protests halted work at the construction site last week.

The state and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers say they are doing all they can do work with the tribal members. The state is turning the site into a campground.

U.S. District Judge Lawrence Piersol didn't rule on the state's request to hold tribal members in contempt for stopping construction.
