Florida Governor Jeb Bush (R) signed a bill into law that critics say guts the $8 billion cleanup of the Everglades.

An attorney for the Miccosukee Tribe said the bill doesn't hold the state accountable. The tribe, environmentalists and some members of the U.S. Congress believe it jeopardizes the massive project.

Bush acknowledged some of the criticism and says he will sign what is called a "glitch bill" to correct the new law's shortcomings.
