Minn. county appeals reservation diminishment case

THURSDAY, MAY 22, 2003 A Minnesota county voted to appeal a suit that contends the Mille Lacs Ojibwe Reservation has been diminished by 61,000 acres. A federal judge earlier this month dismissed the claim as unfounded. The county's appeal will take it to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Get the Story:
