WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, 2003 The Gila River Indian Community of Arizona is taking steps to develop its casino resort outside of Phoenix. The tribe is creating its own river walk that will be lined with shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, including a possible events center and a small hotel.
