Bone marrow still needed for Navajo boy

WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, 2003 Navajo and Native American donors are being sought for a young boy who is suffering from a rare blood disease. Dakota Kwiecinski, 2, is mixed-race. He has hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis and is currently in remission. The National Marrow Donor Program is considering looking nationwide for potential donors for Dakota. Get the Story:
