Ex-BIA employee sentenced for surfing for porn

THURSDAY, MAY 29, 2003 Marvin Beartusk, 51, a former Bureau of Indian Affairs employee, was sentenced to more than two years in federal prison for receiving obscene materials. Beartusk visited child pornography web sites on the job. Federal investigators found obscene images on his BIA computers. Get the Story:
