A bill legalizing certain Class II/Class III games in Oklahoma died after lack of support in the House.

The bill would authorize tribes to enter into gaming compacts with the state. It also would have allowed racetracks to offer the same electronic casino machines as tribes.

Also, Gov. Brad Henry (D) vetoed a bill to allow charity bingo, saying it could expand Class III gaming and jeopardize talks with tribes.
