Bill seeks to ban smoking at N.Y. casinos

New York lawmakers are seeking to impose a state ban on smoking to tribal casinos.

The bill applies to any tribe that has entered into a compact with the state. Sponsors say state laws for workers' compensation, tax withholding and liquor already apply to casinos.
