Hopi reporter re-elected president of NAJA

TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 2003 Patty Talahongva, a member of the Hopi Tribe of Arizona, was re-elected president of the Native American Journalists Association. Other officers elected include vice president Dan Lewerenz, incumbent treasurer Lori Edmo-Suppah and incumbent secretary Andre Morriseau. NAJA also chose a new executive director, Ron Walters . NAJA held its annual conference last week in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Get the Story:
