The House Interior Appropriations Subcommittee has restored funds to the United Tribes Technical College in North Dakota.

In its fiscal year 2004 request, the Bush administration cut the college's entire budget of $3 million. Secretary of Interior Gale Norton said it was necessary due to the increase in the trust reform budget.
