FRIDAY, JUNE 27, 2003 Navajo Nation President Joe Shirley Jr. has finalized all of his picks for the tribe's division directors. Shirley had been criticized for waiting too long to appoint members of his team. The Navajo Nation council still has to confirm his nominees. Get the Story:
