Mashantucket Tribe donates $40K to local school

THURSDAY, JULY 3, 2003 The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut has donated more than $40,000 to a local high school. The money was raised through a charity bingo the tribe held. It will go to providing lights at Ledyard High School's sports field. The school needs about $40,000 more for the project. Get the Story:
