Navajo court rejects Navajo preference claims

The Navajo Nation Supreme Court cleared a mining company of violating the tribe's Navajo preference act.

McKinley Mine fired a Navajo supervisor as part of massive layoffs. The supervisor challenged the decision to a tribal commission, which rejected his claims of discrimination.
