The Eastern Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut is being sued by a second developer who claims to have provided $14 million for the tribe's recognition bid.

Amalgamated Industries Inc. says it provided services to the Paucatuck faction of the tribe. The Paucatuck faction is a smaller group that entered into an agreement with Donald Trump, who is also suing the tribe for being cut out of a future casino deal.

The tribe gained final federal recognition last summer. The decision is on appeal within the Department of Interior Board of Indian Appeals.
