Navajo Nation leaders discuss health issues

Navajo Nation leaders and New Mexico state health officials met on Tuesday to discuss health issues affecting the reservation.

Tribal leaders talked about high rates of accidental deaths, teen deaths, diabetes infant mortality, sexual transmitted diseases, and alcoholism. The discussion was part of a series of public hearings being held on the reservation.
