Tribal director's death ruled a homicide

FRIDAY, JULY 11, 2003 Authorities in Wisconsin are treating the death of Jody Ricard, an education director for the Red Cliff Ojibwe Tribe, as a homicide. Ricard, 50, was last seen June 27. Her body was found Tuesday and positively identified. Police say they have some suspects in mind. Get the Story:
