S.D. judge dismisses traffic charges against Means

A judge in South Dakota dismissed traffic-related charges against American Indian Movement activist Russell Means after he failed to show, for the fourth time, to a scheduled court date.

Means was charged with driving with a suspended license. He failed to pay a $211 fine for the infraction.
