Mohegan Chairman makes museum donation

JUNE 6, 2001 Saying it was a gift for all Native Americans, Mark Brown, Chairman of the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut, on Tuesday made a $10 million pledge to National Museum of the American Indian. The museum is being built on the Mall in Washington, DC. Its total cost is $219 million, with $100 million left to be raised to complete it. Get the Story:
