MONDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2001 The National Indian Education Association will hold its annual conference in Billings, Montana, this upcoming weekend. The three-day conference will feature an address by Assistant Secretary Neal McCaleb and Montana Gov. Judy Martz. It takes place October 27-31. The Indian National Finals Rodeo is also being held in Billings this weekend, having been moved from its usual location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Get the Story:
