More Indian students being suspended

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2001 More Indian students at Minneapolis public schools in Minnesota are being suspended, according to a new report. In the 2000 school year, 24 percent of all American Indian students were suspended. That is an increase from 20 percent in the 1998 school year. The report is being released by the Minneapolis school district, Minneapolis Foundation and the Greater Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. Get the Report:
