FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2001 Secretary of Interior Gale Norton and Assistant Secretary Neal McCaleb will be at the National Indian Education Association this weekend in Billings, Montana. Norton is the keynote speaker on Sunday and will be introduced by McCaleb. She has previously addressed an Indian educator's conference, believed to be the first Interior Secretary to do so.
