About 450 athletes from the Universtiy of North Dakota attended a presentation on Wednesday night held by three Native Americans in order to express their support for the school's "Fighting Sioux" nickname.

The trio held the presentation to educate athletes about the history and culture of Sioux tribes. They sang honor songs, an elder said a prayer, and a local dance group performed.
