MAY 17, 2000

On Tuesday, WorldCom and Brown University awarded an $80,000 grant to the Montana Partnership. The Montana Partnership will implement the JASON project, an earth science, geography and environmental program that pairs Native American student mentors with teachers, students in grades four through eight, tribal-college faculty members, and community leaders. The program will benefit students on the Crow and Northern Cheyenne reservations.
