MAY 2, 2001

Students at the Nay Ah Shing School in Onamia, Minnesota, have spent the past four years putting together a mural mosaic on the history of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.

The mosaic is 10 feet high and 55 feet long. St. Paul artist Craig David designed the mural, helping the fifth through 12th-grade students put it together.
