A team of archaeologists are excavating a site in Maine that may have been used as early as 11,000 years ago. Artifacts from the site have been dated to 8,000 years. The site's location is being kept secret and is eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Tampering with the site can carry a fine of up to $1,000.
