A team of archaeologists led by the University of Oklahoma have uncovered what they consider are two seasonal homes of an American Indian family.

The researchers believe the homes date to A.D. 700. They are located in northern New Mexico.

A former archaeologist with the US Forest Service says the structures are old, but probably aren't more than 1,000 years old.
