THURSDAY, AUGUST 30, 2001 A Hohokam site in Arizona dating to 1130 A.D. is about to be bulldozed by a gravel-mining company. The state could have bought the Fort Mountain site and protected it, but there wasn't enough money in the budget to do so. The site is rich in artifacts and archaeological resources. Get the Story:
