Thanks to Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.), Congress is providing $1.25 million to clean up the old Congressional Cemetery, John McCaslin reports in his "Inside the Beltway" column.

Dorgan sought the funds when he went to go look for the grave of Scarlet Crow, a Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux man who died under "mysterious" circumstances during a visit to Washington, D.C., in 1876. Upon finding Crow's tombstone, Dorgan had noticed the cemetery was in disrepair.
