THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2002

The National Museum of the American Indian in New York City this month will hold a special tribute to honor the Mohawk men who helped build the now fallen World Trade Center complex.

The event was in the works prior to September 11 to coincide with the museum's "Booming Out: Mohawk Ironworkers Build New York" photo exhibit. Mohawk workers from Canada and New York are set to attend the April 25 tribute.

The exhibit will then run until October 2.
