JANUARY 10, 2000 Recently elected Representative Brad Carson (D-Okla) on Tuesday offered victims of winter storms his office's assistance in getting federal aid. Residents of Carson's state have been among the hardest hit by winter storms. Power outages have been common. Carson is a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. Get the Story:
