Governor steps up nuclear waste protest

Governor Mike Leavitt of Utah is planning on visiting Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura in order to express his opposition to a nuclear waste site on the Goshute Skull Valley reservation.

Leavitt says one of the companies involved in the nuclear storage site is not being truthful to the state. He says there is still significant public oppositition to it, despite the claims of Xcel Energy Inc.
