Cheney gives private energy preview

Vice President Dick Cheney on Monday gave organized labor unions a private preview of the Bush administration's national energy policy.

Labor leaders didn't endorse the plan and said they weren't offered too many specifics. Some, however, welcome the jobs Bush's energy plan would bring in the form of drilling, construction, and other areas.
