Republican lawmakers have brought in a new high-powered tool to help them push President Bush's wayward national energy policy.

Flash cards.

No, they don't say "2+2=4" or contain Bushisms, but instead slogans like "Drilling for oil in Alaska is an idea that should be seriously considered" so that Republicans can remember what to say when they go on vacation next week.
