WEDNESDAY, JULY 25, 2001 "Sport angling in Mille Lacs and the lake's economic health is important to all Minnesotans, including the Mille Lacs Band. How can this be a win-win situation without having a lake surrounded by anger, fear, tension and distrust? What seems to be missing is more public information and involvement. Isn't it time for more public discussion between state and tribal leaders? Isn't it time state and tribal leaders answer questions that anglers and others have over the lake's management?"
