Mine near Wis. reservation upheld

A Wisconsin state appeals court on Tuesday upheld an agreement for a zinc and copper mine near the Mole Lake Ojibwe Reservation.

The tribe and others have opposed the mine. By enacting tough water quality standards, a power upheld by a federal court, the tribe hopes to stop the project.
