Mohegan Tribe to build day-care center

NOVEMBER 24, 2000 The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut plans on building a $10 million day care center for its employees. About 6,000 people are currently employed by the tribe's casino and 350 by the tribe itself. Casino employment is expected to rise by 3,500 as expansion of the casino is underway. Get the Story:
