Health researchers are sounding warnings on the high rate of HIV infections among young Americans, especially minorities.

A Centers for Disease Control study reports that about 30 percent of African-American males who have sex with other males are infected with the virus. Among all races, only 30 percent of the young men infected were aware of their status.
