Tobacco toxins rules in effect in Canada

JUNE 27, 2001 Regulations went into effect in Canada on Tuesday requiring tobacco companies to list the amounts of toxins like benzene and formaldehyde in cigarette smoke on packages. The rules go along with ones which require tobacco companies to put pictures of diseased lungs and other images on warning labels. Get the Story:
