FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2002 A Florida firm has agreed to pay $17 million to settle a lawsuit it overcharged various federal agencies, including the Indian Health Service, for health equipment and services. Rotech Medical Corp. was alleged to have overbilled for respiratory equipment, supplies and services. Get the Story:
