U.S. wants abortion case reversed

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2002 The Bush administration on Wednesday asked a federal appeals court to reinstate a state law which prohibits partial birth abortions. A federal judge has struck down the Ohio law against the abortion practice. The Department of Justice asked the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse the ruling. Get the Story:
