FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2001 President Bush today is siging into law an anti-terrorism bill that increases police powers and heightens border security. The St. Regis Mohawk Reservation straddles the Canadian-U.S. border. More border agents, inspectors and officers are due for all areas along the border, that's if Congress authorizes money for them, said Seattle Post-Intelligencer columnist Joel Connelly. Heightened border security procedures have already been in place along the Mexican border. Get the Story:
