WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2001 The Kickapoo Tribe of Kansas elected Bobbie Darnell as the new chairwoman on Monday. Darnell replaces Nancy Bear. Bear has been one of several tribal leaders pushing for a solution to the tribe's water woes. Get the Story:
